These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by SACS EVENTS & CATERING("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote, booking services, or using our website you agree to these Terms.
We provide catering, decoration, event stall setup, and event coordination services. In some cases we arrange third-party service providers (chefs, decorators, stall operators) to fulfil bookings. When we engage third parties, they operate as independent contractors.
Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in the quote. Final charges may differ if event requirements change. Payments can be accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or any method stated in the invoice.

These timelines can be adjusted for large events or custom agreements; check your invoice/contract for exact terms. Refunds are processed after deducting any third-party or vendor charges we cannot recover.
When we coordinate third-party vendors (chefs, decorators, stall operators), we do so in a facilitator role. We do not assume responsibility for the professional conduct, pricing, or any liabilities of independent contractors beyond what is stated in your contract. We will, however, assist in resolving disputes where reasonably possible.
We take reasonable care with food safety. Clients must inform us in writing of any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to the event. We are not liable for adverse reactions if allergies or restrictions were not communicated in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
All content on our website (text, images, designs) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. We may use photos or videos from events for our marketing unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Briefly: we use your data for booking and event coordination and do not store personal data in our database unless explicitly agreed.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes). In such cases we will attempt to reschedule or offer a reasonable alternative.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SACS EVENTS & CATERING operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
