At SACS EVENTS & CATERING, we strive to deliver the best catering, decoration, and stall services for your events. We handle all services directly without using any third-party vendors. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment. This advance secures the date and resources for your event.
All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (WhatsApp).

Since we manage everything in-house, cancellation close to the event leads to unavoidable losses such as food arrangements, materials, manpower scheduling, and resource blocking.
You may request to reschedule the event date. Rescheduling is accepted only if the new date is available.
We primarily handle all catering, decoration, and stall services through our in-house team. In certain cases, we may work with our trusted partner vendors to meet specific event requirements. These partners work under our coordination and quality standards.
All bookings, cancellations, and refunds are still managed directly by us, ensuring there are no delays, confusion, or separate vendor processes.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used during booking (UPI/Bank Transfer/Other).
Changes in guest count, menu, decoration choices, or stall setup may affect the final pricing. Any modifications must be informed as early as possible.
